Track your nutrition intake, including fiber and water, choose from personalized workouts and programs designed by author, speaker, wellness expert, and coach Shane Niemeyer. Schedule or adjust your workouts, and track your progress.

We offer the first truly comprehensive approach to fitness for every level of user by incorporating both strength and aerobic (cardio) workouts on an individualized basis. We also incorporate flexibility and restorative workouts. 

This is the first step on our journey to create a "fully integrated approach to life" (health and wellness). We chose to start with physical fitness because its the most immediate way to improve our mental and emotional states in addition to the physical state of our body. 

I became interested in health and wellness out of necessity. When I woke up in prison with a broken foot and neck after a failed suicide attempt, I knew I had to change everything. I was 28 years, homeless, completely overweight, and out of shape in every conceivable way.

Since that day I have devoted myself to understanding and delivering health and wellness concepts to others. After 16 months in prison, I went on to become a professional athlete, trainer, coach, author, speaker, husband, father and now a entrepreneur. 

We hope you join us on our journey to leave the world, and everyone we meet, in a better state than we found them. We know that in order to change anything, we must first change ourselves. The greatest gift we can give the world is strengthening and improving ourselves.
